Do you like paint your figurines ? you like painting ! This month following Vladimir Volegov
Vladimir Volegov painter was born in Chabarowsk in Russia. He began to paint very young and his talent blossomed as a teenager. In the former Soviet Union, he attended the art school crush Rog and the Institute polygraph Lvov. In 1984, Vladimir Volegov is award-winning at the international competition of art prints. He moved to Moscow in 1988 and his career turned to the design of posters and album covers for bands. At the same time, he continued to paint and to participate in exhibitions.
In 1990 Vladimir Volegov began traveling in Europe. He earns his living by painting portraits in the streets of the cities European and in particular Barcelona, Berlin and Vienna. He thus refines the portrait experience and quickly became a painter search.
His figurative, almost photographic style does Excel in the representation of young fine, elegant women on a background of natural scenery (gardens, trees, sea). But it is also children and animals. The color treatment is exceptionally rich and intense brightness. It emanates both a sense of serenity and sensuality. The muses of the painter are dreamy, sophisticated and appear to be in a position to wait. There is something in Volegov proustien.

This is a great idea Vincent. As painters of figures we should be inspired and uplifted by great art. For me when painting I look at the "character" of the sculpt. Is it playful, is it passionate, is it stoic, is it fierce and what does it make me feel. But I have to feel something, or I won't paint it. We must do honor to those who sculpt the figure with our brushes.
This man is a wonderful painter and he's almost as fast as you :)
Thank you Anne See a painter working gives us ideas, shades of color, tone you knew not, and which can help us in our future work ;) Slainte! Vincent ;)
